Betting Assistant Auto trigger sheet

Hi I'm looking for someone who can take my existing betting sheet in excel with formulas and combine with betting assistant software data and other data to make calculated automatic bets 24/7 on uk horse races. The system should be able to calculate and select the right meeting for the day through the betting formula using horse meeting history data as well to achieve this. A bet is then made on a horse for each race until one wins. At which point betting ends for that meeting. Each loss makes the next bet higher to gain back the loss. bets are adjusted to get the target amount for that day. It also needs to be tweakable so I can adjust it whenever suits.
