CUSTOMER DATA DIGITALIZATION

The nature of work is entering details of customers in software provided by the client. MDB database file format using typing. Business Associates will get .PDF on a regular bi-monthly basis. All raw scanned/image data for every 15 days will be provided in the beginning of the billing month. The rate per form is Rs – 28/-. The Business Associate shall initially raise a gross invoice every 15 days with the data at the rate of 25000 records submitted every 15 days. Client will provide workload of 5,000 forms Forms/Month/Seat which will contain Information pertaining to the verification of the customer’s application form for lead Generation which will divided in two halves and for every 1st 15 days Business Associate Will receive 2, 500 forms/seat and the remaining 2, 500 forms/seat will be realized after Analyzing the quality report of the last workload submitted by the center This SLA will be signed for 10 systems/ids.
