I am seeking someone to work as a customer support agent for my online store. We process around 50 orders a day and currently have 400 unread email enquiries. Your responsibilities will be to handle all email enquiries promptly, and escalate any matters that you, yourself, are unable to deal with. You will be checking on orders statuses.
