Amazing Filipina Real Estate VA

Seeking real estate VAs to join my company; not work for, but join my team of real estate VAs in y real estate virtual assistant company. To know whether you're (or might be) qualified, I need your answers to a few questions+know what experience of relevant work tasks+how good you are at those.
I have attached the documents you need to write in. In the one named ..."real estate work tasks...", you go to the 2nd page and - beside each work task, that you HAVE experience with - write a number, from 1 to 5; where 1 means you're at beginner level and 5 that you're awesome.
I'm creating an excel sheet, where I list how good each VA is at each work task; so I know where to go when clients ask for x and y. So... the more accurate you are, in your estimation of your skill, the better things will be for me (thus, you). You don't need to have experience with everything, nor do you need to be good at anything; if, for example, you're amazing at creating virtual tours, you're definitely an asset to me.
In the second document attached - called "...questions for finding the type of clients..." - I want you to actually take some time, and spend some energy, to answer the questions. Nothing could be worse than not doing that. On the other hand, I don't want a specific answer - I want you to be completely honest - to be YOU - in the answers; because honesty is what I value most. So, yep.. that document will be attached after this one.
This is a position that will pay you very well in the future but currently the budget is as low as you can go (while not having to starve/get discouraged to do AWESOME). however... if you do really well, and you have some unusal skill - or you are unusually skilled at something - then you'll quickly get paid more (either because you'll be assigned to a full-time position or because you get to do work a client pays really well for).
