Content copyrighter needed for articles/web site pages

I am looking for high quality writers and copywriters to write articles on various internet marketing niches. I will need original articles, and then rewrites of each article. All articles must be written by a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING writer. The articles need to concise and to the point and provide good information. I can’t accept articles that are just filled with fluff words meant to fill space. The articles need to be informative to the reader with 100% correct grammar and punctuation. For this first job, you are bidding to write 10 original articles and one rewrite for each of those articles. I will pay $3 for each original 500 word article. I will pay $1.50 for each article rewrite. I'm looking to build a good relationship with some writers. If you do a good job on this project, I'll likely contact you for future projects, and I will increase my rates to $5 for each article and $3 for each rewrite. I will supply you with all the keyword phrases and the niche I need them written for. The keywords I provide you with need to be used in a conversational way throughout the article. The keyword/keyword phrase needs to be in the article title, first sentence, first sentence of the last paragraph and 3-4 more times throughout the article. I pay via Paypal within 24 hours of project completion. Also, the articles must be unique. They will be reviewed through Copyscape and Plagiarism Detect for plagiarism. If an article you submit to me does not pass or has too many spelling and punctuation mistakes, you will not be paid for that article until it is corrected and resubmitted for approval. I will not be able to pay if all requirements in this listing aren't met, so please don't bid if you can't meet these requirements. You agree that upon sending me the articles and rewrites all rights to the articles transfer to me. Some articles will be ghostwritten for another author.
