Code of Ethics, Membership agreement for a new real estate association

I am forming a real estate association of REO brokers. We need a code of ethics, a code of conduct and a membership agreement. There are two associations I would like to model but cannot copy. NAR which is the National Association of Realtors www.realtors.org. They have a code of conduct and ethics which is very extensive. So does the California Association of Realtors www.car.org. I am looking for someone who is a strong writer with a legal background to write our code of ethics and code of conduct that is unique to our association. We do not want to be accused of copy write infringement. We want the document to reflect the needs of our organization. There are many requirements to being a real estate practitioner that we can have in our code of ethic and code of conduct that would not be copy write infringement to mention. I need someone who understands what we are trying to do. Do not respond to this request if you do not have legal background in real estate, experience writing contracts or agreements and understand the practice of real estate in the United states. I need this document by Friday 9/21/2012. I can provide the NAR's and CAR's code of conduct as samples of what we need. We need you to create the membership agreement that would encompass the code of ethics and conduct as well as other things we should disclosed or address with our members. Thanks
