Hello, our business is putting together game rooms and bingo halls. We provide the location, computers, cabinets, reload kiosk, point of sale hardware, installation and all the software that goes with it to be profitable. We need a contract that allows investors to give us money and in return they get a percentage of the net sales. We will pay them back higher percentage of 15% of net until initial investment is paid back and then it will go back to lower percentage 2.5% They will not own anything. Each contract will have a specific location. Our company is Under The Sun, LLC and their company name is ____________________________. I believe this is all the information we require.
