Hi there, We are looking for a flexible, friendly but experienced building surveyor who would be willing to visit 4 properties with us between 15:30 and 17:00 on the 2nd Nov 2016. The aim is to help us get an idea of how much work would be required to refurbish these properties (including the complete restoration of a derelict property) and advice on the estimated costs prior to attending an auction on 3rd Nov. The main problem is that the auctioneer is only giving 15mins to view the derelict propert, so we need someone who is able to perform a quick assessment as accurately as possible in that short period. We would like to have a 1-1.5 hr debriefing session prior the visits over some coffee to discuss the projects. and would like to negotiate a fee for the 3 hours of your time.

Currently working in an Architectural and Surveying Practice in North West of England, after completing a MSc in Commercial Building Surveying. Experience in understanding what is required for the construction of Large construction projects up to a value of £1.2million and able to follow instructions and understand the brief outlined. Works fast and prompt with good communication throughout. Not got years of experience but able to have a solid understanding of project work for extensions, remodeling etc. Hopefully would be able to provide some further insight.
