App Designer / Programmer

We are in need of developing a native mac app. It will consist of various screens with forms and a left section, featuring either a nav tree or vertical toolbar, driving various lists / fields on forms, and buttons to trigger actions, all data coming from web services. We shall provide you with references on the GUI (and expect you to propose via sketches/mockups), we shall specify the required data model, and specs on the API/web services. There will also be a main menu with all required actions accesible from within. A series of dialogs will be required to create/add/edit various app elements. There will be an breadcrumb navigator and a search / filter box on the top-right. The app will have a full-screen mode and refresh on all the lists. There will also be various graph on a section showing some performance data coming directly from the web services. The main part will slide left/right according to the form/list we are in. There will also be a left vertical toolbar on various forms with buttons that invoke different views. There will be also a place to schedule events / edit / delete all using a web service, and make them recurring events. App must rely on Core Data or some built-in DB, which has the capability to be synced with other mac clients, and possibly an iOS app in the future. All icons will be provided, along with a mockup. We shall break the project in phases.
