Classipress Modification

I would like to set up a classifieds website very similar layout to www.runninghorses.net. I would like additional advanced search catagories for location, type, price and other, maybe just drop down search of type and other and then listed matches able to be sorted by distance and price. When a specific ad is viewed I dont need the google map, ad actions or ad seller - just the ability to reply to the add in a similar way that gumtree allows people to respond to ads. I also want seller to be able to write their own description, not to have to stick to a format. I also want the ability to charge for upgrading ads. All I have is a domain name and host at the minute.
