Create a Joomla Template

Create a Joomla 3.6 template for site [login to view URL], based on its current design. Template should use Bootstrap 3.3 framework. We already have SCSS files form original design, to be used on Joomla template. Will provide this files upon hiring. It's just the Bootstrap variables with primary/secondary brand color and other useful stuff for the Home and other pages. We need the final SCSS as well as part of the new template, so that we can make minor updates and recompile SCSS. So we need a clear structure of scss/css folders inside the template folder. We need integration of joomla mainmenu, categories and articles, as more categories and menu items will be created by our authors. We need to receive the final files, so that we can install in our production server. Could be an Akeeba backup installer. Template name is elo91.
