Create two static web pages with html and CSS

I looking for an experienced developer to put together two simple HTML pages based on the attached PDFs. My requirements are fairly simple but specific. Both pages must be created to 740 pixels width and have images sliced to their appropriate size with text loaded using specified fonts embedded in the CSS (I will supply these fonts and more information on which text need which font). The CSS will need to be included on the page in style tags as the client wants it all self contained in one file. This page will need to look as close to the PDF as possible on PC Browsers IE 8+, FireFox, Chrome and MAC Browsers FireFox, Chrome and Safari. To make it easier I have also attached a zip file containing another template for the same client ([login to view URL]). You can use this to get an idea of how to split your images and setup your page. If I select your bid I will upload better quality PDF's which you can use to extract the images.
