Bootstrap CSS/XHTML Prototype Mockup

Im looking for someone who can take exsisting bootstrap templates and modify them for uniquness. I will give you a sitemap and page specs for each link. Then just build out the html prototype no develpment but you need to know how to use jquery. We may ask you to take copy elements from other exsisting templates. For each page we will tell you what to use wether its a specific banner from another template or another feature from anotehr template such as certian styling from that. Please PMB your hourly rate and how long you think it will take. Here is what we have for this project. Template is already started just to get some basic color and header changes have been done and placement of the logo on the home page. There are 16 pages total in the sitemap. You need to setup the html prototype according to the sitemap for each page. Some pages may introduce new columns even if the template doesnt have it. Also please show me other prototypes you have done or other bootstraps sits you have completed fully. There is no develpment programming here but you may need to implement other bootstrap elements from other bootstrap sites
