customised ROM - open to bidding

I need to modify the ROM/image of a Vonino tablet , in order to meet our customer special request as following ( see bellow) You'll need to : 1) rewrite the ROM 2) flash it on the tablet ( we provide the tablet) 3) make sure everything works (usb, touch, LCD, wifi) 4) Provide a manual with description of unlocking/compiling/flashing procedure. The key part of results is MANUAL. I need to be able to repeat entire cycle by myself. Note that you need to start from sources and compile ROM by yourself.
