Create a web enabled c++ piece of code that will allow pushes from another server

I have a handful of small pieces of a larger project that I need done. Everything will be developed in c++ using Visual Studio/GDB and deployed to a Raspberry Pi. The first 2 projects I need done: 1. Create the ability for an end user to log into the Pi via a web interface (not looking at it locally, but via a phone or other home computer) and setup a connection to their wireless network. Similar to the way a wireless router is setup. 2. Create a piece of code to add the ability for my server (windows) to push data down to the Raspberry Pi. Currently looking at using the curl library for this, but am open to suggestions. Essentially I will have a web site where a user can change their time zone for example which will then take that new timezone and push it to a function on the Pi. I will handle what the code does with it once it's received. I will have many more projects in the future along the same lines and am looking for someone that is very competent in the c++ linux world which will also be interested in doing more projects in the future. I am doing the bulk of the development, but some pieces like the 2 listed above are not my cup of tea. Thanx ahead of time -Gerald
