completion of website/database concrete5 - repost

Hi! 1: I have viewed the website shakespear records and the site doesn't seem to be complex. So, it can be known easily who the site is designed and how to get the password to admin, using the FTP and Database 2: Secdonly, is the site completed. 3: Tell me do you want to make the complete site I.P. address restricted so that only specific users can access the site or you want to restrict only the specific pages. 4: If you give me FTP access now, I can tell you briefly about the site status. 5: Right now, the site is not letting to create new username. It is intentional or the site 6: I am not sure if the site is complete or incomplete and I can only tell about the final bid after knowing the required work. Regards
