I need someone who has advanced CAD translation and repair software such as Delcam, Transmagic, CADfix or an engineering modeller that has features to repair errors reported by the software when the a CAD model is imported, such as untrimmed or unstitched surfaces, tolerance errors or invalid entities. These files will be normally in a format like STEP or IGES. My CAD package rejects CAD models with errors as described above. I want the models exported in IGES or, even in I-DEAS NX10 PRT format but it is not that necessary as the parts have no history tree. Then I will import them in my system. It may take more than one try, changing export setting such as tolerance limit until my software accepts it. Then we will know the settings for this and other files as they come.
For now, I have two files to be done. I am attaching a picture of a typical one.
Hi I'm an industrial designer with 12 years in consumer product design and rendering artist.
I can take your 3d models and correct any errors they may have for proper import on your software
I work in Rhinoceros and Solidwork.
Looking forward to help you out finding the correct export setting chain.
