Have a c# desktop application for making videos but needs improving. Currently makes videos then reduces size using ffmpeg, but needs to use ffmpeg to make the videos - how it works now is makes sound files, and images and then combines, we can do this in ffmpeg if the length of the sound file is known, which it is when its made. If you don't know ffmpeg, don't bid. Should be 1 days work for an experienced coder. I will work using TeamViewer with the selected coder.
