C# .NET WinForm -- Combining Raw Input with Keyboard hooking to block and redirect specific Input device

I need someone to combine Raw Input with a Low Level keyboard Hook using Visual Studio WinForm .NET C#. I have all the project examples and howto sites ready but I do not have the reacquired knowledge to deal with windows file programming, and just don't have the time to learn it now.
The problem is that I have a USB RFID reader being picked up as a HID keyboard, meaning when a IC card gets read it types the code wherever the cursor is focused. Any input from this device must not be pushed through to the focused application but must be caught and sent to a variable lets say a string. At the same time any input from another keyboard like device must still function like normal, even on this projects winForm. The RFID IC cards codes only consist of numbers and ends with a Enter, so it might be a good idea to only catch and check the device on those 11 keys. It should not be a very hard task if you have the right knowledge as there are a lot of help on this. Just a reminder this must be done with Visual Studio WinForm .NET C#
