BoletoX - Windows DLL with connection to RESTful Web API

In Brazil we have a payment method called Boleto. There is a widely used COM/DCOM library called CobreBemX that is being deprecated by its vendor. We would like to create BoletoX, a substitute for this library. The main difference between CobreBemX and BoletoX will be that BoletoX will communicate with a RESTful API and the logic of Boleto's creation is on the server instead of on the library itself. We wanna keep the same interface of CobreBemX to make it easy to substitute one for another with minimum changes on the code. By same interface I mean, same classes, same methods, same properties, etc. So, an example of code of CobreBemX should run smoothly with BoletoX. BoletoX library should be a DLL and should work with all these languages: ASP, .NET, Access, C#, Clarion, Cobol, ColdFusion, Delphi, FiveWin, Java, PHP, Visual Basic, FoxPro, PowerBuilder, C++ Examples of code for each one can be viewed here: [login to view URL] For this job you don't need to worry about making the library run with all examples above, I highlighted them only to show the programming languages that it should work with.
