Bayesian, Neural, Vector Machines

Please make sure you can do coding in either C++ or C#. I have an observation sequence of 3 digit numbers and I need to create 3 C++ or C# methods that analyse the sequence with one of 3 algorithms and give the outcome of next probable values. 3 algorithms to use: 1. Bayesian Network 2. Neural Network 3. Support Vector Machine For the outcome please use the structure: public class ProbableValue { int Number {get;set;} decimla Probability {get;set;} } where Number is the actual predicted number and probability is its probability to be the next in the sequence. e.g. need you to create 3 methods: public Array<ProbableValue> BayesianNetwork(Array[int] sequence) { // your code } public Array<ProbableValue> NeuralNetwork(Array[int] sequence) { // your code } public Array<ProbableValue> VectorMachine(Array[int] sequence) { // your code } the outcome of each method is an array of next probable values in descending order by probability (top 20). The task must be finished in 1 week.
