I am looking for a programmer who can create a program for me that makes sure I never use the same IP address twice. I have a program called "IP Rental" that I use that scrambels my IP addresses before I process information but sometimes the IP addresses (while different) are too similar. For example they will be [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] which is essentially the same thing. This program would ensure that no duplicates or anything close to it exist. I need to be able to enter the Ip address into the system which pops up in Red if its already used and then stores the IP address once I use it.

Hi, I ve already build this application based on Qt cross-platform framework. I compiled one version for linux and another for windows. The IPs are stored in a local file. This can be changed to store in a mysql database (to use the application from different PCs with the same data). One version is for 30$. 2 versions (Windows and linux versions) for 40$ with source code.
