Binary Options Calculation and Optimizing Script

I would like to program some completly new script which helps optimize binary options systems completly automated like the optimizing function from normal expert advisors in MT4.
What does the Script should do?
1. Integrate in my existing Binary Options Indicator. 19 Filters (20)
2. Should record the entry price signal and compare this to the end of the exit candle. Call Signal needs atleast +1p and a Put Signal needs atleast -1p to win. otherwise its a lost.
((( Next "X" Candle is the Exit Candle. )))
3. Wins/Loses and % Winrate
4. ***IMPORTANT*** Optimizing nearly like normal expert advisors.
((( i dont know if this is possible but if someone has any idea how the metatrader 4 can test 10.000 different settings of the indicator and compare the different settings with highest winning rate and of course the number of Wins and Loses. )))
I guess its impossible but if you have read the text and have an idea how this optimizing can be done write: "We should talk about this"
