I will give you the schematics(working simulation in Proteus) i wish it is better to make your android phone as the remote(by Bluetooth RF com module) remote is simply an apk file install it or get it from playstore(make a refernce in google play there are a lot of apps).I am able to make an android application of you wish also** will give suggestions and guidance to build your remote car! If you dont wish to make as a android remote car then i can give the uno programes and simulations for the custom remote(communication via RF module or Xbee). it will be a bit costly in hardware.
