The project consist of making an XML Configurable SDK to be able to integrate FOIP (Fax Over IP) functionality into other applications made with .Net Languages like C# and Visual Basic .Net.
The SDK components will be based on the Open source project located at:

and the following build: Sirius Stable 3 Release
The functionality required by the project is already provided by this open source project.
* Support for SIMPLE and OMA variants for presence.
* MSRP instant messaging fully implemented.

* Call recording can now include video to AVI file (Windows only at present)
* G.722.2 (aka GSM-AMR wide band) codec plug in.
* Can now handle large numbers of SIP registrations or subscriptions.
* "Internal transfer" feature for switching a network connection (e.g. SIP) between subsystems, e.g. call starts in on an IVR and then moves to the MCU or the CP sound system.

## Deliverables
The following are the features the SDK must have to be approved as a succesfull delivery:

2. Multiple Connections, the SDK should be able to support unlimited number of FOIP Lines and conections only limited by the hardware the software will be running on.
3. The OPAL Library and other open source dependencies that the SDK needs to work should be renamed and the copywright information changed so is not obvious that we are using OPAL and other libraries to make this project.
4. The Solution should be Build with Visual Studio 2010 and ALL the Source Code from the opensource projects should be upgraded and organized under this solution so we can make a succesfull build of the components from sources.
The test of this delivery will be building ONLY FROM THE SOURCES DELIVERED, the components and then used those components to send the FAXES from the test system. if this fails the delivery will be considered failed.
5. The SDK will be fully configurable and read its cofiguration from an XML file, Absolutely no settings or configuration should be written to the windows registry database.
6. The SDK will be delivered with an application sample that will prove the SDK works and its functionality that will have EXACTLY the same features and functionality of the following product:

The sample application should be written in C# and Visual Studio 2010 and as i mentioned before have exactly the same funcitonality as the "Fax Voip T38 Fax & Voice" Application Including the Voice mail functionality and recording the voice messages to the local drive or custom path.
while the GUI will be written in C# all the functionality of the software will be inplemented with the SDK that has been made.
