Design VPN GUI

I am starting a vpn company and would like to get a permanent freelancer to design my vpn GUI. The vpn is using openvpn-access server and l2tp/ipsec so i need a gui that works as a interface for these 2 vpn types. The requirements are as follows: - Must be based on L2TP/IPsec and Openvpn access server (not the free version of openvpn) protocol. - The GUI should be graphically "windows 7" themed and should not be too small. - The GUI is able to "download" config files. Ie: i will add server from time to time. The GUI will be able to add these new servers based on a certain txt file or config file i upload. - The GUI is able to display account information from WHMCS account, eg: expiry, payment method, package etc etc. - The GUI should contain links, eg links to support, links to setup, links to whmcs account etc - Able to ping these vpn servers to display latency. - The installer should be "1 click install" - Able to minimize and auto-start during pc start-up. - Able to use proxy/socks 4/5 to connect to vpn. The proxy/socks 4/5 should have username/password field. For reference, this is a very clean GUI [login to view URL] I prefer someone who has worked on similar projects before. The bidder should be good with openvpn access server (not openvpn) and l2tp/ipsec vpn protocol. I am willing to hear inputs/suggestions etc and am free to negotiate. Unfortunately the starting price is not that high as this is a starting project, but i am really looking forward to get a permanent coder for this business and you will be paid handsomely as business picks up.
