Arduino Control for Programmable LED Strip

I need to write Arduino code to control some ws2811 LED strips. I want to display custom lighting patterns, starting with the 'chase' pattern. I will be using only 2 colours 'White' & 'Teal', but during transitions between the 2 colors, random colour hues can be displayed. I have a sample code that can do far more than this, see attachment. I will discuss the exact colour sequence, transitions, etc with the successful programmer.

I have alternative code that works well on the AVR '328 (ie Arduino Uno hardware) for WS2811 strips, but obviously needs customisation to your needs. See my PM.
