Browser Toolbar for IE 6 & 7.0

We want to have a browser toolbar with the following features: 1. It should be supported on Internet Explorer 7.0 and 6+ 2. The toolbar will comprise of an installer that shall install the toolbar for windows XP (and Vista). 3. The toolbar will comprise of a client component written possibly in VC++. 4. The toolbar will have following Menu Items: a. Search (Similar to google search, A category selection dropdown shall be provided) b. Settings (Including Sign-In, Preferences, Help, Uninstall, About, Disclaimer etc) c. There can be a list of items in server (tagged) that if present in the page content of a currently viewed website, shall appear in special format in the page. What it means is that once the browser toolbar is installed on the system, it should change the appearance of web pages in some way, e.g. for every image available on the page it must tag them with text 'image', every video should be tagged with text 'video' and every link should be tagged with text 'link'. The IE toolbar will be a COM component. IE looks for Ideskband and/or a few related interfaces while loading registered toolbars, therefore it should support the same. You could use ATL (Active Template Library) that provides support to build the IE toolbar. •Only serious bidders who have worked on a similar project should bid. Send the details of work done •Timings are of utmost importance here.
