Craigslist Bot

Hello, I need a program that auto posts on craigslist, i need it to be able to use random phrases (that you can preset), i also need it to be able to change ip either by reconnecting the router or a proxy list or iprental, Captcha needs to be done though decaptcha. Other features id like: Post same ad on gumtree and kijiji. Auto make email accounts and auto respond to emails received from replys from ads It also needs to check if the post has been 'reported' or 'ghosted' id like it to have a page of ads submitted then a status next to it. Id like a nice text editor with the abilty to use html for making the ads
