Distribute the press release to news sources

We are launching an analytical center driven by young scientists. We just had the first event attended by the many top scientists in the field. We wrote a press release that we want to distribute it. We would like this press release to appear on Google News and many other sources. If you have access to services that help distribute there, we would like to get help. The press release is about 800 words with all of the About sections and contacts. We have these press releases regularly. The previous experience on Freelancer was not even close to satisfactory, since a week after the press release was provided to the freelancer we did not see any new links on Google and we monitor the statistics very well. This is why we are opening a new project on a different press release. We would like to find a constant freelancer for similar projects to work through this site.
