Change latex formula -- 2

I need someone to help me change this formula. My competitor has patent this formula. It's latex to use around the nail. The formula must stay In Liquid form in a nail polish bottle but dries when applied over the nail

it contains latex , water, zinc oxide, oil, acrylic paint

I want to keep latex and water but add one more ingredient to make it mines.

should be skin safe and something i can buy online
