Apartment renovation project including some paperwork and 4-5 Autocad drawings utilizing existing drawing templates that will be sent to you. You must be able to save down to autocad LT 2011. I am looking to work with someone on an ongoing basis for multiple projects. Project format will remain consistent from project to project; only apartment floor plans will change. Each project should not approximately 5-7 hours. Please bid accordingly.
We will send detailed instructions and my project designer will mark-up documents and return to you for corrections. We will do this as many times as needed until completion. Excellent English is a requirement as well as someone who can talk via Google hangouts or Skype –preferably via video chat. See attached sample files. Most content will remain the same - except for content specifically related to the floor plans, location information and plumbing riser diagrams and occasionally modifying details.
