working remotely reasonably close to Wallington in Surrey, work up Cad GA's, RCP's and design and construction details for hi end residential projects in London. Ability to take specific direction or notional guidance and have the ability to think, design, and detail in a highly competent fashion and be able to communicate with us clearly and easily by phone, e-mail video link and also to meet regularly to review and red line drawings and other work. Site and London attendance as part of our team would also be a possibility. Hourly or daily rates for the right people and the work stream could run well into 2015. The rates below are vague so applicants please advise of your rates and also experience, capabilities, Vat No and company details, if appropriate. For clarity we are looking for professional freelance members and regretfully not for freelancers who are moonlighting as we have to be able to communicate and work within normal office hours

Hi, i am a civil and structural engineer student in last year. I just have the final exam, which will be in september, but until this i have a lot of freetime and i want to spend my time with something useful, it will be a great pleasure to work for you. (and i need money too. :))) I have experience with Autocad, Allplan Nemetschek and i worked a few times in SketchUp.
