Audio Analysis - Harmonics and Voice Recognition

This project involves voice recognition and would be most suited for someone that's been involved with voice recognition software. I currently have about a 30 second audio that I wish to have analyzed...one voice against another to determine a match or mismatch. I will need a video analysis demonstrating your software analysis and logic behind the decision that you render. If this individual demonstrates that they are technically and logically sound within this subject matter, I will more than likely have other projects. You need quote competitively. I wouldn't think that this analysis and video rendering of your decision would require much time. Provide your experience and software used in your past work experience.

for those people bidding, I would ask you to download the attached filed. Tell me how many DIFFERENT OR UNIQUE individuals have spoken on this audio. And give me some indication of how you determined your distinction. Ultimately, I'll want you to provide that analysis with a screen capture and you showing your software along with distinctions. For now, this will indicate to me who really knows what they're doing.
