Asterisk PBX I need someone to make the following setup for Asterisk Receive call .wav: Play intro – Welcome to XYZ Condition: IF Monday-Friday 9-16 .wav: Press 1 for sales, 2 for technical IF Keypressed 1 Divert call to number A IF number A is BUSY then .wav: Please wait, our lines are busy Divert call to number A IF number A is unanswered then .wav: Please wait, our lines are busy Divert call to number B IF Keypressed 2 Divert call to number C IF number A is BUSY then .wav: Please wait, our lines are busy Divert call to number C IF number C is unanswered then .wav: Please wait, our lines are busy Divert call to number D If possible – then when diverting to number C or D is it possible to make a voice to the receipient saying – this is a call from number 12345 do you want to accept this call? Press 1 for yes, 2 for no. If YES then the line will be connected, if no it will try other number. If there is no number left a .wav will be played with the option to leave a message. ELSE-Condition: .wav: We are closed, press 1 to leave a message If keypressed 1 Record message and send to email Hangup call It would be great if we could have a webbased/php program to setup numbers and calling hours.
