Audio typist with a very good understanding of spoken and written English language

Hi, We are currently looking for somebody to assist with our typing projects. We are a property inventory company completing inventory inspections on properties. Our agents visit properties and then complete a spoken/audio recording of the conditions of each of the rooms within the property [eg: the hallway, the reception room (s), the bathroom(s), the kitchen, the bedroom(s) etc..]. ALL of our recordings follow a structure, so this will make it easier for you to follow. Each recording will vary in length - some are roughly 10 minutes, but some are roughly 60 minutes (all properties are different sizes, and so the recordings will match this). Please advise us how you are charging for your bid - per 5 minutes of recording? or...? (ideally we DO NOT want to pay per word, instead we would prefer to pay per minute(s) of recording). To make it easier for you, we will supply the winning typist(s) with as many resources as possible. This will include : - some sample pre-typed files - the word templates for you to follow - a list of all the main keywords We will require the winning bidder to complete a paid trial to make sure we are happy with the quality of your work - for this trial, we will supply you a audio file and the template, and then you can complete it like a real project. The audio files will be saved in .DSS format - we can supply you with the correct software to listen to these files. Files will be emailed to you in the evening (GMT) and will need to be typed up as soon as possible - ideally within approximately 12 hours - although the quality MUST be good, that is VERY important. We need high quality, not poor quality rushed files. Once you have had some practise, you will find this to be an easy project (as most recordings are stating the same main keywords, and therefore you will be able to type the words quickly - it will just take some practise but we are happy to support you during the practise period). To begin, we will supply you with roughy 4 recordings per week to type, but then once you are more experienced and able to manage more, we will increase this to more recordings. It would be helpful if the winning bidder was accessible by Skype and by email. Finally - we do not mind which country you are located in, as long as you have a good understanding for the English language in both listening and in spelling.
