Content Writing - Brief overview of local communities in Michigan, USA

First project will include content for 3 Communities (content for 3 different web pages). Primarily informational, but a lighthearted, friendly, upbeat style is preferred. Looking for written content to fit a single web page, Includes basic research on local communities for a real estate web site. Understanding of key words related to real estate SEO are appreciated, but not necessary. The focus will be on items most important to home buyers. Some of these items will include: Basic statistics on population, median home prices Local Recreation Largest Employer(s) School information with statistics and link to district website Google estimated distances to certain locations. Links to local Chamber of commerce Parks Points of Interest - Highlight 1-3 of these using 1-3 sentences each. The format will likely include a single paragraph summary highlighting the most important or relative information about a community. A video highlighting the area may be posted from (YouTube or similar site) Next will be a section titled More Info about "XYZ Community" with links and a 1-2 sentence description of the information provided in the links. (Wikipedia entry, Chamber Page, City Government Page, Facebook Page for City, School District This first project will be for 3 community pages. Potential for additional communities depending on results of first project. Could also lead to pages on specific types of local recreation, points of interest, schools, etc. I can send a link to comparable content pages offered by others.
