I am writing a book on raising a particular breed of goat for profit, and need an individual to find and interview five (5) farmers in the United States who are successfully operating a farm in this industry. The book will be written for people who are thinking about getting into goat farming, and will provide answers to their commonly asked questions. The job is straightforward: (1) Find five (5) farmers who are currently operating a profitable goat farm. I will provide you with the name of the national industry association for this particular breed of goat. You could probably find five farmers through this association. There are also state-level associations that you could check with. I would like farmers interviewed who are running profitable operations (i.e. who are not struggling financially), and who entered the industry relatively recently (i.e. within the past 5 years). They should also have experience in raising various breeds of goat, so they can offer insight on the ease/difficulty of raising particular breeds. (2) Interview the five farmers by telephone. I have a list of approximately 30 questions to ask the farmers. I expect the interview would take no more than 1 hour. (3) Provide me with an MP3 recording of the interview within two days of interview completion. The successful bidder will first conduct one "test" interview, and provide me with the MP3 recording. Further interviews would be conditional on the first interview going well. The bidder should have a background in farming (personal or professional experience), and should also have experience in conducting interviews. If bidders have any questions, please send them via PMB.
## Deliverables
Five (5) MP3 files - each MP3 file containing an audible interview with a successful goat farmer, covering all of the questions in the interview guide.
