Backlinks From PR3 sites or better

I'm looking for 200 permanent back links from PR3 or greater sites These would be do follow links, non pharma, gamling etc sites. At the end of the project I would like a list of links in a spreadsheet to allow me to double check them. bid only if you are good at this work and have done this before. I am paying a maximum of $50 for the project lowest price gets the job and a great rating upon completion Must be PR3+ and permanent. -Page must be indexed and cached by Google. -Do Follow. - Web sites should not be banned by Google. if posted on forums - Free register. - The forum must allow to post with signatures and show this signatures inmediatly. - Allow multiplex signatures. - No more than 50% of total number of links should be on forums - This list must be in excel. - anchor text will be provided to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
