Thanks for updating info... then 2 option. Make a 3D animation - 250-500$ (collecting tooths all together :-) - maybe little bit cartoon, as it is a piano keyboard or something in other words with an idea, and 10-13 maybe seconds. 20 is too much. Solution 2 120-250$ - animate your logo, do more like painter effects, maybe appearing from nowhere, or more with 2.5D (simple animation in 3D space) - some illusion of writing - so in the first you don't know what is all about - just imagination. Or reverse exploding to final logo... Or do as you said reverse animation - exploding, but your logo isn't good ideas, as it has some structure not used for this kind of...there is a risk...
