Create 2D Animation of Yoga man using Adobe Fireworks

I would like someone to make a GIF with the sequence of 116 images shown. There are 116 unique images in this sequence. You will count 106 shown in big section of the jpg, then another 5 at the bottom. The 5 images at the bottom repeat 18 times throughout the sequence (where the tilde ~ symbol appears). Similarly there is another 5 images (not shown) that repeats 3 times at the curl symbol. I will look for images of this part of the sequence. The images are from a book (uploaded here at this link: [login to view URL]). I only want black and white (or greyscale) and it is only a 2D animation. I would like you to send me a GIF of the sequence. The GIF should be the correct pixel size and format for Instagram: 1936px by 1936px. I would also like all the original Illustrator, Photoshop or Fireworks files and a little read me text file that explains how you did everything so that I can learn from your work. Thanks.
