Desktop application runinig on 32" touch screen ( easy way to preview my products)

I am getting a 32" touch screen that runs on Android 4.2 I believe (actually there are many to choose from) , but I don't have exact specs right now, but I can get them. I am not technical so bare with me on the explanation below. I have a ecig store, I would like to use this to display eliquid menus. I would like it start on main screen with " E-Liquid Brands" There should be an icon/pic for each brand of juice I carry, press an icon and it should take you to all the flavours represented with a pic and description. I guess you should always make it easy to step back to main menu or 1 page back. Now something should be setup so I can change/add/delete brands, pics and descriptions easily. Please give me your thoughts. Thank you
