Create two google developer accounts - repost

Create two Google developer accounts using two different credit cards which have never been used to create Google accounts, and different ip and different PC, not related to any suspended data for 80$ 1st I will create initial milestone of 30 $ I will release it when send me the screenshot of the approval then I will create new milestone of 10$ then you send me the login data , when I change them , I will release it and create another milestone of 30$ which will be released when you send me the the second screenshot for approval of the second account showing last 4 digits of the credit card to make sure that you have used two different credit cards in each time,then you send the second account login data, when I change them, I will release the last 10$ ,please don't write any phone number or another email during creating the account
