The bluetooth low energy device going to measure the resistance of the circuit (the measured will record in his memory), the android App will connect to the BLE device and download the data from it. The battery of the bluetooth device will last a year. I need to get the design of PCB of the device. I need to get the app android I need to get the firmware of the chip BLE.

Hello Sir.. Electronic BLE Beacon with Data Logging Project Specification (Electronic) How It Works 1. Device shall periodically (Twice a day) read the resistant of the sensor and save it on nonvolatile memory on the device with Time Tag. Device shall have a Bluetooth 4.00 Low Energy connection for data download with any Bluetooth 4.00 enabled devices like Phones Tabs. Main Controller IC will send UID to phone via Bluetooth module as beacon. Main controller handles all controls and requests of both Real Time Clock and Bluetooth Module.
