Es una aplicacion para registro de entradas y salidas de personas que llegan a tener reuniones como clientes o proveedores en oficinas y salas de reuniones: 1. Notificaciones por correo electronico cuando un invitado llega a la oficina. 2. Opcion para firma de un NDA para que el visitante lo firme al momento de registrar su entrada. Tiene que ser una firma digital 3. Impresion de un carnet con los datos del visitante: nombres, empresa que representa, fecha y hora de ingreso, foto 4. Correo de invitacion que incluya indicaciones de como llegar a la empresa, un saludo personalizado y se puede adjuntar el NDA para que el invitado lo revise previo a su llegada 5. Registro de entrada: nombres, fecha y hora de entrada, motivo de visita, quien autoriza la entrada, nombre de oficina que visita, email de invitado, mensaje de bienvenida personalizado 6. Registro de salidas: nombres, fecha y hora de salidas, mensaje de despedida personalizado 7. Dashboard para un administrador con: consultas de entradas y salidas, reimpresion de carnets, Panel de configuraciones: registros de empleados, configuracion de mensajes de entrada y salida, configuracion de plantillas de correos, configuracion de impresora para imprimir carnets, agregar dispositivos moviles, configuracion de plantilla de NDA, configuracion de usuario administrador Por favor enviame cotizacion de app tanto en version Android como en IOS
