Users should be able to look for "houses" around them based on their location and see them on the map as pinpoints. When the user requests the "house", the house would get a notification and once the host accepts, the user pays through your app and you will get commission. Will it have fix commission rate or it will be vary as per the rate? Will it be for particular state or city in your country? Will you approve all the house which is posted by the host or any one? Unfortunately devil is in details and I will need some questions answered as long as detailed specification before I can estimate time and budget. Here is few questions that will help me understand your needs: 1. Do you have any screen mockups/layouts? 2. Do you need any specific features or just a full clone of AirBnb? 3. Are you focusing on building MVP (basically minimal prototype to test your idea on real users) or normal fully featured app, this is important question because it changes approach, e.g. we can use cloud backend instead of making our own, this will make development faster and cheaper but not as flexible as custom backend. 4. AirBnb have a website (basically web client) and other platfroms (android) are you planning to have more platforms supported? It's really hard to guess or estimate anything without knowing the details of your project. Few words about workflow: we'll split project into milestones (so you don't need to pay for everything at once and can control the process), also we'll use bug tracker system (I use redmine but we can use yours) to never miss something.
