We need an app. It will need to work offline. The app will pull info from an sd card. We create folders on and SD cards. (EX) 1. Pictures 2. Video 3. Profiles 4. Info The app will be loaded to multiple devices. Each device will pull from its own SD card, so device 1, will pull Skin, Pics, video etc. from the SD card put into it. Device 2 will have different skin, pics, video Etc. We are wanting a price to build this app. If the expense is too great, we will delete this and try something else.
