Create After Effects Template (CS6) with Looping Animation of Concept Words

I want an After Effects Template (CS6) template created that will have looping or streaming animation of concept words with a block of small text trailing behind it. See the attached picture. There will be 5 levels (rows) of words with 3 concept words in large text words in each stream, followed by a block of smaller text. For each stream, the concept word and its associated trailing smaller text block will take 5 seconds to cross the screen. The next concept word/text block will be trailing right behind it. These will loop, so when the last word/trailing text goes by, the first one is right behind in a continuous loop. The video will be 30 seconds. For reference, look at a similar type of animation.
