Action Script 3 loading external swfs

Very simple job for someone who knows their AS3. The following flash animation has been created [login to view URL] It consists of 5 seperate published swfs. Currently it works, however not smooth enough. Where the problem lays is that the people who are signing their names, are loading one after the other. What has to happen, is the people signing the names (each a seperate swf) need to be preloaded before being placed on the stage. If you load the page and let it cache the swfs, it works fine, only the first time it is loaded will you notice the people come in at different times. Can provide .fla file for the main movie, I imagine it just needs some event listeners, etc, to ensure all swfs are loaded, prior to placing on stage. (NOTE: only the people signing the names, the join now part works fine, which then calls a function which loads the signatures.) Thanks
