Advice on UK Tax Laws

I would like some advice on UK Tax Law... you must be specialised in this area, but more importantly the following points; - Betting Laws (Sports Betting) - Limited Company Laws - VAT Regulations regarding that. The business is a Limited Company thats income is mostly from outside of the UK, so you may have to know foreign law also to answer my questions efficiently. I do not want the person to do any actual tasks for me, accounting, submitting, etc. I only want a consultancy questions and answers session with someone who knows the current situation regarding this.
